Research Internship: Perfect for the data hungry student or activist, we're looking for a Green Roof Research Assistant to help catalog green roofs in the region, research appropriate plant types for our climate, monitor and rate the success of plants on our own green roof, and use their love of plants, excellent research skills and eagerness to learn about this new industry and take on other related tasks. Legal Internship: We need the laws and permit regulations on the books in our region so green roofs can be built with fewer obstacles and standard guidelines for success! Using examples in other cities where legislators, developers and advocates have come together to implement policy and even offer incentives, we need a savvy intern who can keep track of the process and help develop advocacy materials. If you're interested in policy development, this is for you!
