Spring Plant Sale and Open House

We are pleased to invite you to our Semi-Annual Spring Plant Sale and Open House! This Spring, our event will be on Friday afternoon, March 23 from 2pm-6pm and Saturday morning, March 24 from 9am- 1pm.

We will have staff available to show you our new green wall exhibits and systems as well as a couple of workshops  on Saturday morning. Learn “How To” from the Good Earth Plants experts.

Deep discounts will be available to those who buy our lovely plants in volume. Admission to the workshops is $10 for all three but is free if you purchase $25.00 in plants. Seating is limited so sign up right away to save your seat.

For those who RSVP,  a special gift awaits you when you arrive! To RSVP, please email Alexa and indicate which day you will attend.
Parking is limited. Please carpool if you can.

Join Jim Mumford, GreenScaped founder as he presents at the Ohio Florists Association Annual Conference.

The first presentation "Green Walls: Design and Sales" will provide an overview of green walls and roofs, ideas, best practices and case studies. The second presentation "Green Walls: Maintenance" will provide insights on the importance of maintenance and the idiosyncrasies of caring for plants on a wall - safety, working up high on ladders and lifts, challenging irrigation nuances, drainage inspection, adjusting for light, pests and disease, pruning, and replacements.

Armed with seed bombs packed with a native southwest blend, San Diego’s Eco-Warrior, Jim Mumford, will share his knowledge and expertise about planning, designing, installing and maintaining green roofs and living walls in southern California. Having recently wrapped up a significant hospital green roof project, he will also present details and challenges that he faced, as well as other local examples.
